Webcam:
Installed on the top of the weigher. The image can be seen in a special box on the weigher’s touch screen panel. The webcam enables the operator to use the panel to check that the feeder system supplying the weigher is working properly. Can also be used to send images to the on-line help system.
Ethernet card:
Enables the weigher to be connected to the local area network (LAN), including via wireless, allowing remote control and monitoring. Statistical data can be viewed, downloaded and printed remotely while recipies or software can be sent and received and the machine connected to the Internet for on-line diagnostics.
Dehumidifier:
Positioned inside the machine body, eliminates excess humidity inside the weigher by removing moisture from the air and discharging it to the outside thereby preventing condensation from forming. This system can be switched on and off and used with a timer and does not require compressed air.
PUsing recognition of fingerprints as password:
The fingerprints of the operator given charge of the weigher can be memorised and used as identification for access. This authorised operator can then control access by other operators and the level of operation permitted.
Compact thermal printer on control panel:
- Simplified paper loading actuated by pressing a key.
- New front panel design.
- Paper width: 58 mm.
- Support for adhesive labels (without core).
- Stainless steel enclosure with IP66 rated plastic cover.
Password on USB flash drive:
The operator in charge of the weigher is given a personal USB flash drive as the sole means of gaining entry to the programming function on the operator panel. In just one simple procedure the operator in charge may then issue additional USB flash drives to allow access for other operators.
All programming performed by the operator is stored in the weigher's memory.
